Our Services. Rustic Roofing delivers Roof Replacement, Deck Construction, Post -Frame Building, Pole Barn Garage, Vinyl Siding Installation. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rustic Roofing's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Rustic Roofing in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Rustic Roofing harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. WI law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WI, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
